The Série X can take up to 4 Hours to fully charge. With the auto recharge functionality, you will not have to worry about manually charging your vacuum cleaner. Once the Veria robot vacuum senses that it is running low on battery charge it will automatically return to the charging base.
The Série X performs to a maximum vacuuming time of 200 mins. That’s 3.33 hours of self-managed housekeeping without you lifting a finger.
All Veria robot vacuum cleaners come with an auto disposal base as a mandatory inclusion. We don’t do things in halves.
Please ensure that the charging plates on the underside of the robot are aligned with the charging pole piece on the auto-disposal/charging base as shown on Pages 7 & 8 of the User Manual. Wait for “Start Charging” or “Charging” voice prompt to confirm charging status. You can also confirm the charging status on the Veria App.
“Recharging” status refers to the process of the robot vacuum returning/relocating to the auto-disposal/charging base. “Charging” is the confirmation that the robot vacuum is charging.
When charging for the first time, you will need to manually place the robot vacuum to the auto-disposal/charging base.
- Please refer to Page 11, 16 & 19 of the User Manual.
- Please ensure that your Veria robot vacuum cleaner is charging on the auto-disposal/charging station. Please note that for ALL mapping functions the Serie X robot needs to be charging to start the mapping process.
- Do not start cleaning/mapping process until the robot is FULLY charged.

- Once fully charged and you’ve followed all instructions on Page 11 click “Start” on Veria App. Please refer to Page 19 of the User Manual for further instructions.
- Once mapping has been completed you can select “Map settings” on the Veria App to save, restore and add a new map.
- Please do not change the location of the auto-disposal base/charging base whilst robot is cleaning as this will cause a ‘relocation’ issue for the robot. Find a permanent spot that is clear and secure for the auto-disposal/charging base.
- For Double Story households, you will need to repeat the above for each level of the home. Please note that the robot vacuum will need to be charging to create a new map under “Map settings” on the Veria App. Once you’ve moved both the robot vacuum and auto-disposal base to the other remaining level in your home, please go to “Map settings” on the Veria App and select option to “Add new map”.
- We suggest that when you change the location of the auto-disposal/charging base that you manually place the robot on the auto-disposal/charging base. This will eliminate any potential ‘relocation’ errors.
